Cancellation Policy
Any change or reschedule of your appointment with less than 24-hours advance notice or failure to keep your appointment (if you are a no-show) you will be charged a fee of £25.
When booking online, you will be charged a deposit of £25 that will go towards your appointment.
In the event of a no-show, (i.e., not attending the appointment and not contacting us) this deposit will be retained.
In the event of a cancellation or re-schedule of less than 24 hrs notice, this deposit will be retained

Cleanliness has always been a priority, and since COVID the importance of this has become ever more important.
Although my treatment room is based on the first floor, with prior notice, I can arrange a ground floor room for easier access.
A bit about me.
I have always had a passion for complementary therapies, and finally took the leap to retrain and started Footprints Reflexology in 2014

I am fully quailed within all my therapies and registered with the Association of Reflexology (AOR), and the Complementary therapist association (CThA) . These registrations enable clients to claim on their insurance if they are able.
I have a special interest in working with post-operative scars, and have great job satisfaction in helping people to improve the feel and functionality of their scars and the surrounding area.
Reflexology will always be a firm favourite though. It was the first therapy I trained in and I love it!
